RENOVATION PROCEDURE
Communication
First of all, you will need to contact us to schedule an appointment with an engineer of our company, for a free autopsy on your property.
Autopsy and Discussion
Our company engineer will measure, capture, photograph your property and discuss with you, about your needs and desires, for the area to be renovated.
Designing and Costing
Having all the information we need, we study your property and we present to you our suggestions. We provide you with plans, detailed job descriptions, exact costing and detailed work schedule.
Contract signing
Prior to the commencement of the works, (for your guarantee), a renovation contract is signed, detailing the construction works, the materials, the exact cost and the time delivery of the project.
Project Construction
After signing the contract, the project begins, starting with the issue of the required license. Once the license has been issued, the project is insured, recorded in IKA, and the construction works begin.
Project delivery
Upon completion of the Renovation project, you are provided with photographic material of the work that has been carried out, together with the written guarantee.
